Drexel falls to Buffalo

BUFFALO - Justin Moss scored 16 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Buffalo to an 80-70 win over Drexel on Tuesday night.

Damion Lee scored 24 points and had five rebounds and four assists for Drexel (2-7). Rashann London (Roman Catholic) scored a career-high 17 and Tavon Allen had 10.

Drexel got within 49-47, but Buffalo's Jarryn Skeete hit back-to-back treys at the end of a 12-2 run for a 61-49 lead midway through the second half.

Skeete added 14 points and Rodell Wigginton and Xavier Ford had 12 apiece for Buffalo (6-2). The Bulls were just 2 of 9 from three-point range in the first half but finished 6 of 18.

The Dragons will face Penn State on Saturday afternoon in Allentown.
