Home Delivery Print Subscription Terms

These terms govern the purchase by you of print subscriptions to The Philadelphia Inquirer and the Philadelphia Daily News by you.

Subscriptions and Pricing. By agreeing to purchase any home delivery subscription from PMN, you agree to pay the price stated in your subscription order, plus any applicable fees and taxes. If your subscription includes any of our digital products, the terms applicable to your purchase of our digital products, which can be found here, apply to the purchase of digital products that are part of your subscription.

Subscription Rates. From time to time, we offer promotional offers and other discounts for new subscribers within our regular home delivery area only. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless you notify us. All subscription rates are subject to increase after the initial term at the then highest published subscription rate, which appear each day in The Philadelphia Inquirer or Daily News in the newspaper main index, usually found on page A2. The Philadelphia Inquirer or Daily News reserves the right to change subscription rates at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. We will provide you with notice of a rate increase either through the rate reflected on your bill or, if you pay using Easy Pay, by letter. The paid through date on your bill reflects the date through which your subscription will be paid in full as of the date the billing statement was processed, and may be subject to change based on long-term holds, holiday and/or bonus editions, changes in your subscription made by you, price increases, and other changes in our product offerings. Periodic rate increases are required to maintain the highest quality standards that subscribers expect from The Philadelphia Inquirer or Daily News.

Automatic Renewal. and Billing Unless otherwise stated in your subscription order, your subscription will automatically renew for terms equal to the initial term of your subscription at the rate that applies to your subscription on the renewal date. We will continue to bill you at the applicable rate according to the billing cycle applicable to your subscription order, unless your subscription order provided otherwise, or you change or cancel your subscription.

Recurring Payments. By agreeing to purchase your subscription, you agree to pay for your subscription, as it renews at the applicable rate, unless you modify or cancel your subscription. You also agree to the billing frequency stated on your subscription order.

Changes in Price. We reserve the right to change the price of our subscription offerings at any time. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you in advance of charging the new price, so you have an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new price becomes effective and before you are charged for your subscription at the new price.

Subscription Changes and Cancellations. Unless stated otherwise in your subscription offer, you have the right to change or cancel your subscription at any time by calling our Customer Service Department at: 215.222.2765. Our Customer Service representatives are available from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. seven days a week. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing cycle in effect at the time you cancel. Cancellations communicated by e-mail, or through commenting on our site, are not valid and will not result in the cancellation of your subscription. These purchase terms do not entitle you to any credit or refund. If you change your subscription, any credit balance that you have as of the date of the change will be applied to your new subscription.

We reserve the right to change or cancel your subscription at any time. Our product offerings, terms and subscription rates may change at any time.
