Entries must be received by 1:00 p.m. on August 15, 2013.
To be eligible, you must be a U.S. resident and at least 21 years old.
Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered entries.
Upon receipt, entries become the property of Philadelphia Media Network (Newspapers) LLC (PMN).
Prizes will be awarded as stated in the contest ad.
Winners will be selected by draw on August 15, 2013, notified by e-mail and announced on PhillyDailyNews.com.
No winner information will be given out over the telephone.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Only one prize per winner will be awarded.
Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Cheech and Chong "Up in Smoke Tour" on Saturday, Aug. 17, at Trump Taj Mahal. The value of the tickets is $58 each.
No substitution of prizes will be permitted, except in case of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
By entering, you agree that your name and address can be used for marketing purposes, and winners grant PMN the right to use their names and/or likenesses for PMN promotional purposes without further compensation. Winners may be required to sign a statement of eligibility and a liability release prior to receiving their prizes. Entrants agree that PMN, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for, and will be held harmless against, any and all claims for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or from acceptance or use of any prize.
