After benching, Scott carries Terps to win

Da'Rel Scott got out of the doghouse in time to run over Nevada. Benched for 21/2 quarters after breaking curfew, the former Plymouth Whitemarsh star ran for 179 yards and two fourth-quarter touchdowns as Maryland held off the Wolf Pack, 42-35, in the Humanitarian Bowl yesterday in Boise, Idaho.
