Daily Signe: State of the art, Philly style

My dog has been to the dog park by the Schuylkill RIver Banks. It is fabulous.

I've been by the skateboard park many times. It is fabulous.

But neither of them together take care of as many Philadelphians as one Philadelphia high school.

I don't wish them ill, but if we can fork it over for dogs and skateboards, we should be able to open the school doors for our kids.
