Comcast appoints Dooner to head Hispanic content at NBCU

Marlene Sanchez Dooner, Comcast Corp.'s head of investor relations, has been appointed executive vice president of Hispanic enterprises and content at NBCUniversal in New York.

Dooner, who joined the company in 1995, ran investor conference calls on days the cable giant announced earnings and interacted with Wall Street and fund managers. Comcast said it will search nationally for her replacement. - Bob Fernandez
