Unisys names interim CEO, chairman
Unisys Corp., the Blue Bell computer services and systems company, said it named CFO Janet Haugen as interim chief executive officer, and director Paul Weaver as interim chairman.

The company is conducting a search to replace former chairman and CEO J. Edward Coleman, who was ousted last month after a six-year tenure.
The interim appointments are effective Dec. 2, the company said. Shares closed up 9 cents, at $26.86, before the announcement.
