Fort Washington-based law firm Timoney Knox, which has expanded its areas of practice to include insurance-industry litigation and related matters, has hired Robert T. Horst as a partner and chair of the insurance industry group and C. Scott Rybny, as a partner. Both were partners with Curtin & Heefner.
