Valley Forge Casino Resort agreed Wednesday to pay $85,000 in fines to Pennsylvania gaming regulators to settle two violations, including a charge that it failed to properly monitor a program from which a manager allegedly filched more than $90,000.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board fined the casino $52,500 for failures that it said allowed slot manager Christopher Camp to fraudulently collect $92,390 in work-related reimbursement over 29 months. Camp was fired in March and charged with theft by deception, according to the board's consent agreement.

A second fine, of $32,500, was levied against the casino for not being compliant with its board-approved rules and guidelines for the play of Spanish 21 blackjack.
