Woman and 2 men accused of leaving baby in car while stealing metal cable wires in Delco
The baby was found inside a car that was towed from the scene of suspected cable-wire tampering in Upper Chichester Township, police said.

Two men and a woman in Delaware County have been charged with stealing metal cable wires and child endangerment for allegedly leaving an infant behind in a car, police said.
Angelina M. Williams, 32, of Aston, was identified as the mother of the baby. She was arrested Monday and charged with felony child endangerment, multiple counts of theft and conspiracy to commit theft, and related offenses.
Two men, Ray A. Gibase Jr., 47, and Joseph G. Daniels, 49, both of Aston, remained at large Thursday and warrants for their arrest have been issued.
On Monday around 2:20 a.m., Upper Chichester Township Police Officer Adam J. Biondi responded to a report of two suspicious vehicles in connection with the tampering of cable wires on the 3100 block of Meetinghouse Road, police said.
Biondi found one vehicle at the scene, a Chrysler 300, with cable wire protruding from the open trunk and hand saws on the passenger seat, police said.
The Chrysler was towed to the Upper Chichester Police Department pending a search warrant, police said.
Meanwhile in Aston Township, a Jeep Liberty occupied by Williams and Gibase was stopped by local police. The vehicle and Williams and Gibase were released, but during the stop officers observed a saw blade under the passenger seat, police said.
Back in Upper Chichester, Biondi was inspecting the Chrysler 300 when he saw a baby seat, then noticed movement and discovered an infant inside, police said.
Biondi entered the vehicle and found that the baby was sleeping and appeared unharmed, police said. The baby was transported to a local hospital for an evaluation.
It was unclear how Daniels was involved.
