A Gloucester Township man was charged Sunday with attempted murder and related offenses in connection with the stabbing of a brother and sister in Winslow Township on Saturday night.

Dominic Fagnani, 23, is also charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, according to a statement by Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Winslow Police Chief George Smith.

About 9:40 p.m. Saturday, Winslow police were called to a residence on Heywood Lane in the township’s Sicklerville section. Officers found two people with stab wounds, identified in the joint statement only as a 26-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man who are siblings. Both were taken to a hospital for treatment. No information on their conditions was provided Sunday.

Fagnani was taken to the Camden County Correctional Facility pending a pretrial detention hearing, according to the statement.
