Philadelphia cab driver dies after his throat was slashed, police say
Officers found the man lying in the street near I Street and Ramona Avenue in the Juniata Park neighborhood.

Philadelphia police on Tuesday were examining clues from a bloody cab after its driver died when his throat was slashed in Juniata Park.
Officers found the man lying in the street near I Street and Ramona Avenue. His cab, a Toyota Camry with limousine license plates, had crashed into several parked cars.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
There was blood and cash inside the cab and money also was found on the street.
Police were seeking witnesses and are also reviewing surveillance camera video.
No arrests have been made and the investigation was ongoing.
