10 tonight Channel 3 Lilly (Kathryn Morris, right) and her team must read - er, listen between the lines in "Static." The 1958 death of a popular radio personality, ruled a suicide at the time, turns out to have been murder. His final broadcast may give them the coded message they need to find his killer.
