Penn State will become "Paranormal State" in an upcoming "reality" series announced by A&E.
The show will follow "the dramatic life of Penn State University college student Ryan Buell and the student members of one of the first university-sanctioned paranormal research groups in the country, The Paranormal Research Society, as they seek to find the truth behind terrifying real-life mysteries," says the network that gave us "Dog the Bounty Hunter."
Gospel channel added
City channel-surfers with Comcast's digital packages may notice that the Black Family Channel has given way to the Gospel Music Channel, which describes itself as a "non-denominational network [that] features quality music television for all generations," including soul, contemporary, rock, pop, hip-hop, country and praise.
'Barbaro' special shifts
Because the NBC documentary "Barbaro: A Nation's Horse" was pre-empted Sunday afternoon when the Sabres-Rangers playoff game went into double overtime, it's been rescheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday.
Where to find 'Trace'
CBS' "Without a Trace" will move back to its old 10 p.m. Thursday time slot for its May 10 season finale, the network said yesterday. *
