SHORE BETS

'Tis the season "Tropicana's Holiday Extravaganza" doesn't have the Rockettes, but it does have 12 dancers, five musicians, a trio of vocalists (Yoland Sirard,' Nancy Fortin and Martin Lacasse) and even two aerialists. A partridge in a pear tree, too? Guess you'll have to go and find out.

Hail Caesar (or giggle at him)

The Christmas decorations in Atlantic City tend to be pretty straightforward - wreaths here, tasteful Christmas trees there. But check out the lobby at Caesars Atlantic City, where all the ersatz Roman statues sport huge Santa caps. The best is the 25-foot Augustus Caesar overlooking the Mia restaurant. He looks more than a little loopy guarding the slot parlors in a humongous red cap with white fringe.

A Marvelettes (and more) holiday

Various Coasters, Platters and Marvelettes are gathering together to spread some holiday cheer, offering a little bit of soul with the eggnog as you rock the night away.

Resorts Atlantic City, 9 tonight, 8 p.m. tomorrow, 7 p.m. Sunday, $30, 609-340-6300, www.resortsac.com.
