GAURAVJit Singh, a 19-year-old Drexel University student, got some serious buzz going this week with DroneCast, an advertising scheme attaching banners to small, four-rotor drones that hover or cruise 25 feet above areas with heavy pedestrian or automobile traffic. Might fly at the Shore, but will the FAA need to approve?
