Rape suspect jailed anew

LEBANON, Pa. - A man already charged with the rape of a 24-year-old woman is now also accused of molesting a 4-year-old girl in 2005, Lebanon County authorities said yesterday.

John Russell Field, 31, posted bail on April 28 in connection with the Dauphin County rape charge. He was taken into custody Friday and was being held yesterday in the Lebanon County Prison.

Field is accused of molesting the girl in his North Lebanon Township home. The Dauphin County charge stems from date-rape allegations made by a Harrisburg woman on April 25. *
