PITTSBURGH - A suburban Pittsburgh woman will spend one to two years in prison for fatally stabbing her husband.

Michelle Coulson, 51, of Clairton, was sentenced yesterday after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

Authorities say Coulson and her husband, John, got into an argument after a night of drinking in November 2006 that ended with her stabbing him several times.

Authorities say she then went to bed and found her husband at the bottom of the stairs the next morning, leaving him there until afternoon. A friend called 9-1-1 after Coulson told the friend that her husband was unresponsive. *
