Reality resume: After "Road Rules," he "hosted a couple of seasons for 'The Challenge,' competed in 'Battle of the Sexes 2,' 'The Gauntlet 2,' 'Real World vs. Road Rules,' 'The Duel 2,' " and hosted a bunch of after-shows, including "The Real World: Brooklyn."

Reality longevity: The secret to his success? "It's simple: Be on time. Be prepared. Don't be an a------. Have no fear."
