Megan Podkowa had 22 points and 10 rebounds as the Blue Demons held off the Wildcats in the Big East semifinal at Rosemont, Ill.

Caroline Coyer, who was scoreless in the previous night's quarterfinal victory, had 26 points and nine rebounds for Villanova (19-13). Emily Leer added 12 points.

Brittany Hrynko scored 13 points and Chanise Jenkins added 11 for second-seeded DePaul (25-7), which will meet top seed Seton Hall (26-4) in today's championship game.
