The Wings open the National Lacrosse League season with a victory at Buffalo.

The Wings opened the National Lacrosse League season with a 17-13 win Saturday at Buffalo.

Jordan Hall had five goals for the Wings, who never trailed. Tracey Kelusky had two goals and four assists against his former team. Goalie Evan Kirk made 39 saves for Philadelphia.

The Wings next play the Rochester Knighthawks on Jan. 11. The Wings' home opener will be at 4p.m. Jan. 12 against Buffalo.
