Penn State-Michigan under lights
The teams will meet Oct. 11, the first Big Ten night game hosted by the Wolverines.
MICHIGAN WILL host a Big Ten football game under the lights for the first time.
The Wolverines and Penn State announced yesterday that the two teams will play at night on Oct. 11. Michigan has played two night football games at the Big House, in 2011 and last season - both against Notre Dame.
The Wolverines and Fighting Irish will meet in their last scheduled game on Sept. 6 at Notre Dame Stadium. Notre Dame opted out of its contract with Michigan, canceling games from 2015 through 2017.

* Missouri wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham has been suspended indefinitely for an unspecified violation of team rules.
Coach Gary Pinkel announced the suspension, roughly 3 months after the standout receiver was arrested along with two men after police in his hometown of Springfield, Mo., found a pound of marijuana in their car. No criminal charges have been filed in that case.
Green-Beckham was also charged in October 2012 with marijuana possession in Columbia and later pleaded guilty to second-degree trespassing. He and two teammates were reportedly smoking pot in a campus parking lot near Memorial Stadium.
Green-Beckham led Missouri with 59 receptions as a sophomore last season and scored 12 touchdowns.
* Alabama cornerback Eddie Jackson sustained a knee injury in practice that required surgery.
Coach Nick Saban said that an MRI showed ligament damage on Jackson's knee. Saban said he's "confident Eddie will make a full recovery and be ready to go this fall."
Saban said the sophomore was hurt in Saturday's scrimmage after going up for the ball and landing awkwardly.
Jackson started four games as a freshman and played in seven.
