New faces, new titles: Eagles finalize their 2026 coaching staff
A nearly brand new offensive staff and some altered titles highlight the staff changes.

The 2026 Eagles coaching staff has been finalized. Some faces are new, like offensive coordinator Sean Mannion, some are returnees, and some of those returnees have new titles.
Here’s a look at the entire staff, as updated in the Eagles’ media guide:
The offensive staff saw the biggest turnover from last year, with the Eagles replacing Kevin Patullo with Mannion as the coordinator.
The team hired multiple offensive coordinator candidates to work under Mannion: Grizzard as the pass game coordinator and Johnson, who worked with Sirianni in Indianapolis, as an offensive assistant whose title also includes special projects for Sirianni. Another big change, of course, is Kuper replacing longtime offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland.
Stoutland’s run game coordinator duties are in the hands of Mahaffey, who is also the tight ends coach. Mahaffey worked with Mannion in Green Bay.
Defensively, there wasn’t a ton of turnover under Fangio besides Christian Parker’s departure to become the coordinator in Dallas. The Eagles promoted Joe Kasper to take over Parker’s defensive pass game coordinator duties and hired Anderson (cornerbacks) and Pellegrino (secondary).
Notably, Hurtt had a new title added: associate head coach. Pannunzio, the assistant special teams coordinator, also took on a new title of director of team relationships.
Watch out, Reggie the mini Goldendoodle. That role seems pawfully close to director of joy.
