Want to catch the Eagles in action at Lincoln Financial Field? Don’t miss your chance.

Sales for single-game tickets will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday. There are a few stipulations: You can buy up to four tickets per household for each game, and you have to purchase them on Ticketmaster’s website.

What teams are the Eagles playing?

The Eagles will open the season Sept. 8 against Washington at 1 p.m. Why does that matter? The last time the Eagles opened against Washington, they went on to win the Super Bowl.

The home schedule is highlighted by visits from the Bears, whom the Eagles beat in the playoffs last season, as well as the defending-champion Patriots. The Seahawks will be in town in late November for Sunday night football, and December has two big NFC East matchups: vs. the Giants (Dec. 9) and the Cowboys (Dec. 22).

You can also buy tickets to the Eagles’ two preseason games at the Linc, against the Titans on Aug. 8 and the Ravens on Aug. 22.

One lucky Eagles fan doesn’t have to worry about buying tickets after the team gave him a decade’s worth of seats after he missed out on the NFL’s lifelong ticket contest.

When should you go?

Just looking for a great atmosphere, or want to be guaranteed the Eagles have a good chance to win? Our Eagles writers broke down the 16-game regular-season schedule. Find out what they think to help you choose which game to attend.

What else to know?

The NFL season will begin on Sept. 5 when the Bears face the Packers in Chicago as part of the NFL’s centennial celebration. According to my colleague Rob Tornoe, it’s the first time in six years the defending champion isn’t kicking off a season.
