Students say assault report is lacking

Duyngoc Truong is a lithe, 16-year-old junior who stands 5-foot-3 and weighs 108 pounds. At dismissal Dec. 3, she was chased through the streets outside South Philadelphia High School until she ran out of room to run, pinned against a brick wall of the St. Agnes Continuing Care Center by a mob of a hundred, and pummeled about the face and head.
