Tattle: Nancy O'Dell spending New Year's in front of the camera

FORMER "Access Hollywood" host Nancy O'Dell says she always wanted to front a New Year's Eve show but had always been shut out from working the late, noisemaker/ball-drop shift because she had to be up early to co-host the Tournament of Roses Parade.
