DOYLESTOWN Tuesday's heavy snowfall has prompted Bucks County and its police chiefs association to postpone a wreath lighting ceremony outside the county courthouse in Doylestown. Officials said on Tuesday that they were firming up plans to reschedule the event for Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.

The 6-foot wide wreath is part of Project Blue Light, a program that encourages families during the holidays to remember law enforcement officers killed on duty. The wreath will be adorned with blue lights as well as 12 white ornaments, one for each of the 12 county officers killed on the job since 1914.
