Police are searching for a 15-year-old Chesilhurst girl who has been missing since shortly after 12:01 a.m. Saturday. Elizabeth Rodriguez, of 302 Grant Avenue, told her grandparents she was going outside to feed the cat, and she didn't return.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office and Chesilhurst police were alerted shortly after noon on Saturday.

Officials said she is five-foot-three and and weighs about 170 pounds. She has dark brown hair, brown eyes and was wearing a long sleeved dark or blue shirt, blue shorts with the Camden County Vocational School's logo on one leg, and sandals or flip-flops.

"There is no information indicating Rodriguez has been a victim of criminal activity at this time, but she has now not been heard from for more than 20 hours and concern is rising," said the Camden County Prosecutor's Office in a news release.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Camden County Prosecutor's Office Detective Colleen McCausland at (856) 955-2034.
