Hospitals strive to put spin on women's health

When it comes to health care, what do women want? It's a question that's increasingly important to the nation's hospitals, given that women are often the family's primary researchers, advocates, caregivers, and decision-makers for health care.

Creating a comfortable environment for patients is important, especially to Nermin Lazarus, D.O., left, lead physician at the Virtua Women's Primary Care and Wellness Center in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Nermin talks with Lindsay Hannah, a patient from Palmyra, NJ. The center is striving to take the edge off of doctor's visits by providing female patients with various opportunities, like grabbing a capucchino, snack or even attending a fitness class right onsite.
