A triumphant return of America’s pastime
Easter brings jubilation to Citizens Bank Park.
As buses carrying players of the Atlanta Braves exited Citizens Bank Park on April 4, members of the self-described “Phillies Phandemic Krew“ — Evan Holahan of Northeast Philly (left) and Audubon residents Oscar Alvarado (middle) and Brett MacMinn — taunted the team with gleeful boos and hoisted brooms. The Phillies swept the three-game series, which concluded on Easter Sunday with a 2-1 win.
