Philly friends Kyaira Young (left, foreground) and Qumara Robinson (right, foreground), both 15, felt the thrills of the Cobra ride at a weeklong carnival at 7th Street and Packer Avenue earlier this month. The carnival — now in its 49th year — ran through April 10 and benefitted the South East Athletic Association.
