Known for going all out with their holiday decorations every December, Perry and Alyse Katsapis decided this year to have Christmas in July, to brighten everyone’s spirits during the COVID-19 pandemic, by decorating the yard of their home in Wallingford, Delaware County. Here, Perry sets up blinking candy canes.
