Body found in Tioga
A man's body was found inside a vehicle in the city's Tioga section Sunday morning. Police said the unidentified man, in his 30s, was found at 8:14 a.m. in the 3300 block of North 18th Street. He had been shot once in the head.

Police said no arrest has been made, and no weapon was recovered. An investigation is continuing.
