GCC to hold annual tree lighting

SEWELL - Gloucester County College will hold its annual tree-lighting ceremony and student art show opening reception Thursday at 11:30 a.m.

The event, to be held in the College Center, also will feature a bazaar with gifts under $20, holiday music, and a visit from Santa to the Early Childhood Center.

New York musician Mark Rusk will perform favorites for Christmas, Diwali, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. The Student Government Association will sponsor a Giving Tree to support local families in need.

The artwork will be displayed in the Dr. Ross Beitzel Art Gallery.
