A person was found dead in a house fire early Friday evening in Bucks County, authorities said.
The fire was reported around 5:30 p.m. on Vanderveer Avenue near Holland and Lower Holland Roads in Northampton Township.
The blaze was placed under control about a half hour later. The cause was under investigation.
No further information was immediately available about the fatality.
