Person dead in Frankford fire
The fire was reported around 10 p.m. in the 5000 block of Griscom Street.
A person was found dead at the scene of a residential fire Wednesday night in the city’s Frankford section, authorities said.
The fire was reported around 10 p.m. inside a three-story residential property in the 5000 block of Griscom Street and was declared under control at 10:38 p.m., the Fire Department said.
A police officer was injured responding to the fire. No further information was immediately available about the fatality.
