29-year-old man gunned down in Germantown

A 29-year-old man was fatally wounded in a shooting Friday evening in the city’s Germantown section, police said.
The man was shot several times in the torso just after 5:30 p.m. while outside on the 100 block of Manheim Street. He was taken by police to Einstein Medical Center and pronounced dead at 6:02. Police reported no arrests, and no other details, including the victim’s name, was released.
