Car crash into Cherry Hill Target leaves 3 hurt
The 76-year-old driver experienced an unknown medical emergency, police said.
Three people suffered minor injuries when a car crashed into a Target department store Thursday morning in Cherry Hill, police said.
The 76-year-old male driver of a 2010 Hyundai experienced an unknown medical emergency and lost control of his vehicle in the parking lot of the Target at 2137 Route 38 around 10 a.m., police said. The car then crashed into the front of the store.
A 58-year-old female passenger and an 18-year-old female store employee were hurt as well as the driver. All three were taken to area hospital to be treated, police said.
The building was closed pending a structural inspection and the accident remained under investigation.
