New Jersey gym owners plan to reopen against health department order

Ian Smith and Frank Trumbetti, owners of Atilis Gym in Bellmawr, N.J., plan to reopen their facility against a state health department order. Atilis opened earlier in the week despite the state's coronavirus shutdown, with police giving citations to the owners and members who used the gym.
