Man, 30, shot in North Philly

The shooting happened in the 1600 block of North 19th Street.

A 30-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition after being shot Wednesday afternoon in North Philadelphia, police said.

The man was outside shortly before 4 p.m. in the 1600 block of North 19th Street when he was shot once in the back of the head. He was transported by police to Temple University Hospital.

Police reported no arrests or other details.
