Penn State has received an oral commitment from 6-foot-1, 220-pound running back Keyvone Lee of Clearwater, Fla., who announced his decision Monday night.

Lee, who originally committed to Florida before reopening his recruitment last February, chose the Nittany Lions over the Gators, Florida State, Louisiana State and Central Florida. Owner of a four-star rating from both 247Sports and Rivals, he is ranked as the No. 39 prospect in Florida by both recruiting services.

Lee, who attends Superior Collegiate Academy in Clearwater, is the 23rd player to commit to the Lions’ recruiting class of 2020 and the second running back.
