Could a Philadelphia restaurant looking to expand to the suburbs open an outpost in the former Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant space in Media?
That’s one possibility, with such operators expressing interest in the space at 30 E. State St., according to listing agent Tim Henry of Waterford Realty. He wants to bring in a “big name” to the space, something that’s all but necessary given its size — 9,300 square feet — and price tag — close to $29,000 a month.
While the property presents some challenges, including a lack of parking, he’s hopeful he’ll soon have a tenant that “people in Media are really going to be excited about,” he told The Inquirer’s Erin McCarthy.
Here’s where things stand with the Media outpost and other Iron Hill locations.
