Man, 41, fatally shot in Logan

A 41-year-old man was fatally shot Monday afternoon in the city’s Logan section, police said.

The shooting happened around 4 p.m. outside in the 4600 block of North Broad Street. The victim was shot once in the head and twice in the neck. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.

Police reported no arrests.

The killing comes after an extraordinarily violent weekend in Philadelphia.
