Woman fatally shot in North Philadelphia
The victim, a 31-year-old woman sitting in a car, was found shot three times in the stomach, police said.

A 31-year-old woman shot three times in the stomach was pronounced dead early Saturday morning shortly after police found her in the front seat of a car on the 5400 block of Rising Sun Avenue in Philadelphia’s Olney section.
The woman was found shortly after 3 a.m. sitting on the driver’s side of her 2019 white Kia Forte, police said.
Her death is being investigated as a homicide, said police, who reported no arrests or the recovery of any weapons.
