Philadelphia HHS speaks about clearing Kensington's encampment

Eva Gladstein, deputy managing director for Health and Human Services, said the city is finalizing a process that began over a month ago. "Today is the culmination of an over-month-long service-led process, where we were working with the people camping on this block to help connect them to services, including temporary housing, treatment facilities, and any other needs that they might have," said Gladstein.
