Boy, 13, critically injured in Kensington house fire

A 13-year-old boy was critically injured in a house fire Wednesday night in the city’s Kensington section, police said.

The fire was reported around 7 p.m. in the 3100 block of Potter Street. Medics transported the boy to Temple University Hospital. No other injuries were reported. The fire was declared under control at 8:16 p.m.
