Last weekend, Frank Squeo bought $3,000 worth of eggs at Costco and made 57,000 chocolate chip cookies. Squeo, 52, of Valley Cottage, N.Y., isn't a professional baker; he runs a swimming pool service. He is a cancer survivor with a story to tell and a desire to help children fighting similar battles.
