Circus Campus Presents

(Community) As a part of this year’s Philadelphia Fringe Festival, Circus Campus is bringing a lineup of interactive comedy shows, juggling, sleight of hand and great escapes. Mid-Autumn Festival

(Community) Hosted by Asian Americans United, this outdoor festival is a celebration of the East and Southeast Asian Mid-Autumn Festival, but particularly central to Chinese traditions. Early Saturday afternoon will be packed with performances including dance, kung fu demonstrations, drumming, a mooncake eating contest and more. POP’s 15th Anniversary Orchard Celebration

(Community) Celebrate the 15th year of the Philadelphia Orchard Project with an afternoon in the orchard. Stop by for art projects, fresh apple cider pressing and samples of seasonal produce from other community partners. The Blind Boys of Alabama

(Music) For over 70 years, the Blind Boys of Alabama have captivated audiences and established themselves as living legends of gospel music. This performance strives to uplift and inspire audiences as the group performs from their capstone album, Almost Home. West Philly Artists Yard Sale

CIVIL WORDS: A World Premiere Concert Event

(History/Community) In partnership with Opera On Tap and Historic Germantown, this performance explores the true cost of patriotism.Four classically trained singers star, accompanied by a pianist playing music written predominantly by local composers. Performed at the historic Johnson House, the cast will fully immerse themselves in the significance of performing at an Underground Railroad stop. Yo’ South Philly Phestival

(Community) Get ready for games, food, music and fun activities for the entire family. At this South Philly event, expect live music from acts like Remember Then, The Business, Carmine Yusko, and more. The Kids Zone will feature rides, games, and fun activities for younger attendees, and local food trucks and vendors will also be on-site as you enjoy a day of community fun. Elysian Fields

(Music) Rising vocal stars Sun-Ly Pierce and Magdalena Kuźma will perform solos and duets in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Lyric Fest, opening the 2022-23 season. The vocal stars will serenade audiences with selections by Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Canteloube, Rachmaninoff, Boyle, Ferré, Higdon, Cipullo, Lieberson, and more. Northern Liberties Night Market
