By Phil Anastasia

Junior Ronnie James scored three touchdowns as Glassboro rolled to a 44-0 victory over Penns Grove Saturday in the SJ Group 1 title game at Rowan.

James ran for 122 yards and two TDs and also caught a TD passes as fifth-seeded Glassboro (7-5) won its 10th sectional title.

The Bulldogs were 2-5 after a loss to Pennsville in early November. But Glassboro won its final five games, beating both top-seeded Pennsville and defending champion Penns Grove.

"I always believed we could do it," James said.

The 6-foot-4 Johnson, one of the state's top recruits in the class of 2015, scored on a 31-yard interception return and 75-yard punt return.

Sophomore Craig Ransome finished with 1,001 rushign yards this season for Penns Grove (8-4).
