Saint Joseph's Golfers Tie For 22nd At Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - The Saint Joseph's golf team jumped two spots to finish in a tie for 22nd place at the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate. Entering Tuesday 24th overall, the Hawks shot 296 in the final round at the par 70, 6,765-yard River Course at Kingsmill Resort to finish with a three-round score of 304-314-296/914.

Entering Tuesday 24th overall, the Hawks shot 296 in the final round at the par 70, 6,765-yard River Course at Kingsmill Resort to finish with a three-round score of 304-314-296/914.

Individually, T.J. Summers tied for 74th with a three-round score of 75-78-73/226, while teammate T.J. McNulty tied for 81st at 74-80-75/229. Tim Godshalk tied for 90th with a score of 75-81-74/230, with Connor Hill tying for 111th just four strokes behind him at 83-77-74/234. Brian Turley rounded out the five-man squad tying for 126th with a score of 80-79-77/236.

Radford won the team title in a three-hole playoff over Loyola Maryland. Matt Oshrine won medalist honors with a tournament record 208 (-2).

The Hawks return to action next Monday and Tuesday and the Wildcat Invitational.
